It is a no frill hotel but it has 5 star service.we couldn't find a remote the desk clerk moved us to another room.

The young lady at the check in desk was awesome and very friendly even in former us that they were renovating. HOT WATER WAS AMAZING. Ice machine worked also. Love that it had a microwave and fridge too

There was roaches everywhere. It was infested and I have video evidence to show it. There was people smoking dope in the stairways. They refused to give me a refund. She only was willing to move me rooms. Which was worse than before. I refused to even sit on the bed. There was old food, behind the sofa. Holes all in the wall, and the bathroom was covered in black mold. I left there shortly after. Yet I am still requesting a full refund.
